With German engineering, Comandante has ensured that the knives are extremely strong, sharp, and retain their sharpness for a long time. The central axis is fixed and supported by two micro ball bearings for better force distribution and more precise grinding. The wooden button is handmade from 100% natural oak wood. It provides a comfortable feeling when grinding. All plastic parts are made of BPA-free Tritan plastic. The selection wheel is a three-pointed star that clicks to indicate the selected grinding setting. Turn clockwise for a fine grind and counterclockwise for a coarse grind.
