This model is intended for the most demanding users and baristas. It is made simply for quick and unlimited grinding of coffee.

The new technology is based on the “Library Mode” innovation, which means that the user can save his grinding recipes, including the name of the beans and the amount of coffee.
Combined with the Pre-Dosing Unit (PDU) and the volumetrically calibrated coffee silo, the Omnia automatically sets the distance between the knives to the micron and the grinding time according to your recipe.
The front rotary knob is illuminated by an LED to make it easier to set the grind level and time.
Once you select your profile, the mill automatically resets the knives down to the micron and selects the desired parameters
